Do you accept international orders?
No. We only accept orders from the United States which are shipped to a
PayPal confirmed address.
Can I have my order sent to a U.S. Shipping service?
No. We only ship to a PayPal confirmed address.
Can I pay with a check or Money Order?
No. We only accept PayPal.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. PayPal accepts credit cards.
How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped insured Priority Mail.
Will I receive a tracking number when my order is
shipped?
Yes. You will receive a tracking number by email. We recommend that you
check the tracking number to keep informed on the location of your package.
How do you calculate the shipping and handling fee?
The shipping fee is based on the weight of the package and the zip code it
is shipped to. When we ship a package Priority Mail we charge the actual
shipping price and no handling fee. We can do this because most of the boxes
we use are provided by the USPS free of charge and they offer free pick up
service. If we use another delivery service we charge a handling fee to
cover the cost of shipping supplies and travel cost to the shipping center.
When I received the Order Conformation email I found
the shipping fee was more then I wish to spend, what should I do?
Do nothing. The order will be canceled if you do not respond to the Order
Confirmation email within 48 hours.
Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final.
